Zelos sells the Swordfish in batches: July 2020 (Black Sand, Teal, Frost, Emerald Green, Desert Grey, Meteorite; $349, Meteorite $449), January 2021 (Teal, MOP, Salmon, Frost, Emerald Green, Burgundy, Blue Meteorite, and the Space Coral Carbon limited edition; $349, MOP $429, Blue Meteorite and Space Coral Carbon $449), November 2022 (Black, Teal, Sky Blue, Sage Green, Nebula, Ember Orange; $399), October 2023 (Meteorite $499; Ember Orange, Teal $399), October 2024 (DLC Meteorite $499, Crimson Red $399, Teal MOP $429), November 2025 (Coal, Dusk $399; DLC Lagoon, Holo $429) and July 2026 (Slate, Neon, Flux, Jade, all sold out on 2026-10-20). Batch months are the store's publication dates for the listings, and every batch was sold out on 2026-10-23. Teal, Frost, Emerald Green, Meteorite and Ember Orange were made in more than one batch with different dials, hands or bezels, so those variant names carry the year. The 2020-2022 listings are in Zelos's Discontinued Models collection; the 2023-2025 ones are not restocked but still in the Swordfish collection, so they are recorded as limited. Space Coral Carbon: "50 pieces were planned for this run but due to the brittle nature of the dial, only 20 pieces were successful." Every batch lists the same 40mm, 46mm lug-to-lug, 12mm, 20mm-lug, 200m case with a Seiko NH35 and a sapphire crystal with inner AR; SeriousWatches' spec tables for the 2020-2022 colourways add a screw-down crown, solid caseback and solid end links. The 2020-2021 spec lists don't state the steel grade or crystal shape (316L and a flat crystal are listed from 2022) and give "C3 X1 and BGW9" lume and a "120 Click Unidirectional Ceramic Or SS" bezel. DLC Lagoon and DLC Meteorite are the 316L steel case and bracelet with a black DLC coating ("DLC coated steel" per Zelos). A 42mm steel Swordfish (48mm lug-to-lug, 22mm lugs) and titanium versions are separate models. Thickness 12mm as listed by Zelos (not stated whether it includes the crystal). Clasp: for the July 2026 batch Zelos describes an "all new" quick adjust clasp for "on the fly adjustments ... without having to undo the clasp" via an external button with 4 positions; range not stated. Earlier batches had earlier clasps, so the micro-adjust recorded here may not apply to them: "Screw Links with Flip Lock and Microadjust clasp" (2020-2021), then "316L SS with updated Quick adjust clasp and female end links" from 2022 (SeriousWatches on the 2022 batch: "now micro adjustable at the clasp"; aBlogtoWatch on the 2023 Meteorite: a milled push-button clasp with tool-free micro adjust; SeriousWatches on the 2024 Teal MOP: "a new quick adjust clasp which allows for easy adjustment without having to remove the bracelet"). "Female end links" per Zelos; SeriousWatches lists them as solid. Three-row bracelet per aBlogtoWatch's review of the 2023 Swordfish 40 (bracelet style name and link attachment not stated). 120-click bezel per aBlogtoWatch (2023 version) and the 2020-2021 spec lists; Zelos says bezel feel was improved with a new construction for the July 2026 batch. Bezel insert material varies by colourway (sapphire, ceramic, steel or epoxy-coated mother-of-pearl), recorded per variant from Zelos's colourway text, or from SeriousWatches where noted; insert colours are read from the photos. Sky Blue and Ember Orange have fully lumed dials and inserts in blue and orange Super-LumiNova, and several colourways have patina-coloured lume. No weight published or found; no hardening on the steel versions mentioned (a DLC coating is used on some colourways such as Lagoon).
