About this entry

79% of key specs known. Missing: hardening, AR coating, bracelet links, end links.

Second-generation Cranwell, launched September 2022 with the Military Collection Series 2 (Worn & Wound; US$1,080 at launch); the case went from 41mm to 38mm. The brand says it is modelled on the Jaeger-LeCoultre / IWC Mark XI 6B/346. Movement: COSC-certified Sellita SW200-1 ("Sellita SW200 COSC"), 38h power reserve, timing tolerance -4/+6 s/day; no date (crown has no date position). Box sapphire crystal; AR coating not stated. Solid screw-down caseback deep-stamped with the RAF heraldic badge. Weights are the brand's: case 60g, 152g on the Bader bracelet (bracelet alone 92g, 184mm), 85g on leather. Bader bracelet: marine-grade steel, single screw links, quick-release; its style and taper are not stated. Clasp: per the manual you press the buttons, open the clasp, then pull a lever to extend (five positions, max 10mm), so it is recorded as toolless. The #tide ocean material strap variant was out of stock on the review date. Prices shown in USD on the /int/ storefront.
