About this entry

67% of key specs known. Missing: thickness, weight, hardening, crown, bracelet offered.

Unimatic's first 500m Modello Uno, launched in October 2023 with the 300m U1S-PD3 (recorded under the Modello Uno U1S) as the ProDiver pair. It keeps the U1S outline and Sellita SW200-1 but has a 3mm sapphire crystal instead of 2.5mm, a crown tube with a locking system (double O-ring, according to Fratello) and a taller case, so it is its own model. One edition: U1S-PD5 (2023, 500 individually numbered pieces). Unimatic's page header, meta description, feature tiles and dial print give 500m; the description below them is copied from the U1S-PD3 and says 300m, which is not recorded. The page links no spec sheet. From Unimatic and the launch coverage (Fratello, Worn & Wound): 40mm case, 41.5mm across the bezel (recorded as the diameter), 49mm lug to lug (Fratello), 22mm lugs, 12mm thick without the crystal (Worn & Wound; Fratello gives 12mm against 11.6mm for the PD3 without saying; the total with the crystal is not published, so no thickness is recorded), 316 brushed steel, 8mm crown, 2mm screw-in caseback with the conversion scale and the individual number, 120-click mono-directional bezel with Unimatic's first lume-infused ceramic insert (BGW9), 3mm double-domed anti-reflective sapphire (side not stated), matte black dial with white Super-LumiNova glowing orange on the markers, hour hand and seconds tip and BGW9 on the minute hand. Photos show no date window. Unimatic quotes the SW200-1 b at 38h power reserve with hacking seconds, without naming a grade or claiming regulation; Fratello reports +/-7 to 20 s/day. It came on a charcoal grey TPU strap with an extra charcoal grey seatbelt NATO; Fratello mentions an optional steel bracelet (100 EUR extra in its text, 180 EUR in its spec box). Launch price 1,200 EUR before tax (Fratello, Worn & Wound); the recorded price is the euro price for Italy, VAT included, still shown on the sold-out product page. No weight is published.
