About this entry

67% of key specs known. Missing: weight, hardening, crown, lume, bracelet offered.

The black DLC-coated version of the original titanium Ocean Navigator (DLC listings March 2019, pre-orders "expected to ship on April 28, 2019"). The spec text matches the original (ocean-navigator) except the case, "Titanium (DLC coated)", and the movement, "regulated Swiss Made Sellita SW200-1" (no figure) where the original Black, Blue and Red listings and aBlogtoWatch's 2018 review name the STP1-11; the different caliber makes this a separate model. Brand specs: 43.1mm without crown, 14.8mm thick (not stated whether this includes the 3.5mm domed crystal; recorded as total), 50mm lug-to-lug, 20mm lugs, 600m, dual bezel and triple crown (outer unidirectional all-sapphire timing bezel with 120 clicks and seven layers of Swiss C3 Super-LumiNova, inner solar-compass bezel turned by the crown at 10, helium release valve at 8), domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating (side not stated). The listings claim a 44-hour power reserve, more than Sellita's 41 hours for the SW200-1. The DLC is described only as a coating (no hardness claimed), so it is recorded as a colour coating. "There are only 100 units made of the Ocean Navigator DLC" appears on the Black, Blue and Red listings alike (unclear whether per colour), so no limit is recorded for them. The Meteorite listing (created August 2018, pre-orders "expected to ship September 28, 2018", 100 units) has a dial cut from the Muonionalusta meteorite and the same DLC case and SW200-1 text; its photos show the black case. The DLC Black has two listings (March 2019), both recorded. Photos show canvas straps; straps, dial lume and weight aren't stated. Release year is left blank because the Meteorite pre-order predates the DLC listings and its text may have been updated since.
