Founded by Mike France, Peter Ellis and Chris Ward; the brand's own history dates the idea to May 2004 and the launch of the online store (first watches, C5 Malvern Automatic and C3 Malvern Chronograph) to 2 June 2005. Headquartered in Maidenhead, England; watches are "designed in England and handbuilt in Switzerland" at its Biel workshop. Partnered from 2008 with Synergies Horlogères (Biel), which merged with Christopher Ward in 2014 and developed the in-house Calibre SH21. Sold direct online and through its own showroom(s). US store links (/us/...) redirect US visitors to the /int/ storefront with USD pricing, so model store URLs use /int/ paths (other regions see GBP/EUR).
