About this entry

The no-date version of the DMT ("Diver Medic Technician"), a limited edition designed by Andreas Gregoriades for the Diver's Watches Facebook Group (DWFB) after Aquastar-cased 1960s divers by Cortebert and Mirvaine, listed by Zelos in March 2017 in two versions, 150 with date and 150 without (Zelos and Fratello); the date version is a separate model. Zelos names the Sellita SW200-1 (grade not stated) for both versions, so the movement's date is recorded as not displayed; whether the date works were removed is not stated. Serials 1-100 and 101-150 were sold as separate listings at the same $469 (including shipping); all four DMT listings are sold out and in Zelos's Discontinued Models collection (Fratello's November 2017 hands-on said only no-date pieces were still available then). Zelos's spec list: "41mm bezel, 45.50mm including crown, 50mm lug-to-lug, 13.60mm height, 22mm lugs", given as pre-production dimensions ("subject to slight changes during the final CAD drawings"); Fratello's preview says the domed sapphire gives the 13.6mm height, so it is recorded as the total. 316L steel, brushed top with polished sides and back, 500m with a helium release valve at 9, domed sapphire (AR not stated), screw-down crown with lumed logo, lumed 120-click unidirectional elapsed-time bezel, a fixed inner pulsations ring graduated to 30 pulsations (for taking a diver's pulse), C3 Super-LumiNova, tropic-style rubber strap, plus a canvas watch roll, strap tool and extra canvas strap. Fratello's hands-on adds the black and silver bezel with a lume pip at 12 and the charcoal sunburst dial with aqua pulsations ring and orange minute hand. No crown guards; solid engraved caseback numbered of 150 (Zelos's renders; the listing photos are renders, not production photos). Bezel insert material and weight not stated.
