The Modello Cinque is Unimatic's smallest case, a 36mm all-round watch with a fixed monoblock bezel, an oversized 8mm crown without crown guards and wide 22mm drilled lugs (photos), introduced in December 2023 with the Massena LAB U5S-ML (Worn & Wound). The U5S is its Sellita SW200-1 version, sold as numbered limited editions, each recorded as a variant. Editions in another case material or with another movement are separate models (the Modello Cinque UT5 is the quartz version). A black DLC coating, case finish (brushed or sandblasted), dial, lume, caseback engraving and straps vary by edition. Common specification, from Unimatic's sheets (2023 U5S-ML, 2024 MoMA editions, 2025-26 U5S-BL, BLN, NPB, NPF, NPT and NS) and the edition descriptions: 36mm case, 43.7mm lug to lug, 29mm case opening, 22mm lugs, 8mm screw-down 'Alchemical Sun' crown, screw-down caseback (1.7mm thick in the 2023-24 descriptions), individually tested to 300m, 2.2mm double-domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating on the inner side (Fratello gives 2.1mm for the U5S-A), 316L steel (316 on the MoMA sheets, in the U5S-ML and MoMA descriptions and on the NP pages), 62g for the head and 76g on the NP editions' deer leather strap (79g on the U5S-BL and BLN's NATO, 75g on the U5S-NS's padded strap), recorded. Thickness: the 2025-26 sheets give 11.6mm without the crystal and 13.5mm with it, recorded as the brand's current figure; the 2023-24 sheets and descriptions give 11.05mm without saying whether the crystal is included (aBlogtoWatch presumes it is not), and Fratello's February 2026 hands-on of the U5S-BL gives 11.6mm without the crystal and 12.8mm with it. Unimatic quotes the SW200-1 (SW200-1 b on most pages and sheets from 2024) at 28,800 vph with a 38h power reserve (minimum 38h, typically 41h on the sheets) and +/-12 s/day (+/-12 up to +/-30 s/day on the U5S-ML sheet; -20 to +30 s/day and antimagnetism to 4,800 A/m on the MoMA sheets), without naming a grade or claiming regulation. Most editions show no date window (sheets and photos); the U5S-ML has a date at 6 and the U5S-NS shows a multicolour wheel in a window at 6, so complications are left to the movement and the date is noted per edition. The U5S-A, AN and MP pages link no spec sheet; their specs come from their descriptions, which repeat the 11.05mm case and 300m figures. Several descriptions are copied from another edition; where the page header, sheet and photos agree against the description they are followed, and the edition's sentence says so. Prices are the euro prices for Italy, VAT included, shown on each product page; where the store shows 0 instead, the price comes from launch coverage or the partner's stated price. Edition details. U5S-A and U5S-AN (2024, 300 each), the first regular editions (Fratello): Grigio Milano outline dial with glossy cool grey (A) or black (AN) markers and skeleton hands, no lume mentioned, 'Quattro Stagioni' caseback, black TPU strap plus a black calf strap; the U5S-AN description, copied from the U5S-A apart from its black DLC hardware, gives a brushed steel case, where its photos and Fratello show a black DLC case, recorded. U5S-BL and U5S-BLN (2026, 300 each; Fratello hands-on, February 2026): brushed steel or black DLC case, matte black dial with hand-applied 3D UNILIGHT C1 markers, silver gilt closed seconds rail and trims, matte black phantom ladder hands with C1 lume, olive drab seatbelt NATO plus a black leather quick-release strap. U5S-ML (2023, 300), the first Modello Cinque, was made with Massena LAB and sold through it: matte black long-index dial, glossy white open seconds rail and trims, matte black phantom ladder hands with C1 lume and straw yellow tips, date window at 6, UNIMATIC x Massena LAB Fibonacci-sequence caseback, black TPU strap plus a straw yellow one; its description stops before the straps, which come from its sheet; the store shows 0, so the price is the 995 USD launch price from Worn & Wound. U5S-MoMA-B, U5S-MoMA-R and U5S-MoMA-Y (75 each) were made for the Museum of Modern Art in De Stijl primary colours and sold through its stores from the end of October 2024 (Acquire): matte white dial with the MoMA logo and matte black outline markers, hour, minute and seconds hands in yellow, blue and red (B), blue, red and yellow (R) or red, yellow and blue (Y), C1 lume, UNIMATIC x MoMA caseback, leather strap in the seconds hand's colour plus a black TPU strap; the store tags the B and R 2024 and the Y 2025, though Acquire reports the three together and the Y sheet is dated October 2024; the store shows 0, so the price is the 900 USD launch price from Acquire (MoMA's own store page could not be read). U5S-MP (2024, 50) was made for MR PORTER, which sold it from 24 June 2024 (Acquire): salvia green outline dial with glossy black markers and skeleton hands, no lume mentioned, sage caseback engraving, salvia green TPU strap plus a sage suede strap; the store shows 0, so the price is the 925 USD launch price from Acquire. U5S-NPB, U5S-NPF and U5S-NPT (200 each), the Langhe Collection, made alongside the Modello Uno U1S-NP, Modello Due U2S-NP and Modello Quattro U4S-NP editions: satin moss, fog or truffle dial with C1 lume, brushed steel hands, cool grey open seconds rail and trims, Langhe caseback, Military, Fumo or Tabacco deer leather quick-release strap; the store carries no year tag, and they were listed in October 2026. U5S-NS (2026, 30) was made with Nichetto Studio: sandblasted case, cool grey grainé dial with primary-colour shape windows and what Unimatic calls a multicolour day wheel showing in the window at 6, engraved 5-minute rehaut, brushed steel phantom hands, matte black seconds hand, no lume stated, UNIMATIC and Nichetto 'Color Wheel' caseback, black padded deer leather strap. U5S-TA (2024, 50) was made with The Armoury and sold only through it from 5 September 2024 (Worn & Wound): 'Blu Notte' midnight blue dial with pressed concentric circles, cool grey open seconds rail and trims, Blu Notte ladder phantom hands and reverse lollipop seconds hand with a cool grey tip, C1 lume (The Armoury), concentric-circle caseback engraved 'Remove Jacket and Tie Before Diving', Blu Notte TPU strap plus a light grey nylon strap; its page links no spec sheet and its description repeats the 11.05mm case, 316 steel and 300m figures; the store shows 0, so the price is the 1,000 USD launch price from Worn & Wound, which The Armoury's page still shows. U5S-TS 'Into the Woods' (200) was made with Todd Snyder and sold through its website and stores: matte dusty green dial with Super-LumiNova GL OR Light, cool grey open seconds rail and trims, matte dusty green ladder phantom hands and reverse lollipop seconds hand with an OR Light tip, UNIMATIC x Todd Snyder caseback, sand suede strap; 63g head and 77g on the strap; the store carries no year tag (Unimatic listed it in September 2026) and shows 0, and its page gives Todd Snyder's 1,150 USD retail price, recorded (Todd Snyder's own page turns away automated requests).
