Pook's 38.5mm skin-diver case on the Miyota 9039, named after the Ankkuri line. Pook sells several numbered editions on this case and movement under their own names; they are recorded here as editions because they share case, size and movement. The Ankkuri, 1938 and Mika Salo spec tables agree: 316L stainless steel, "W38,5mm x H48,5mm – without crown" (the 48.5mm height is recorded as lug-to-lug), "full thickness" 13mm (taken as including the crystal), 20mm lugs, sapphire crystal, steel bezel with aluminium inlay (a rotating coin-edged bezel in the photos; direction and clicks not stated), steel screw-down crown with a red aluminium insert, screw-down caseback engraved per edition with a serial number, "Swiss luminous" hands and dial inserts, Miyota 9039 "premium automatic" (42h stated), 20 ATM / 200m, 36-month warranty, hand-assembled at the Pook workshop in Joensuu and made to order. The same 38.5 x 48.5mm case on the Miyota 8215, rated 100-120m, is the separate Raja model. Listing descriptions are partly copied between products: the Ankkuri and 1938 texts call the strap nylon while the Ankkuri table and photos show rubber, and the Mika Salo text says leather while its table says nylon (photos show perforated leather, a promo image a nylon strap). Watchesonline, a Finnish retailer, lists the Ankkuri at 39mm and 13mm thick, 200m, EUR 498 (out of stock) and the 1938 at EUR 495 on 2026-10-30. Prices are in EUR including Finnish VAT ("Inc. Vat" on the store). Not stated: weight, crystal shape, AR coating, lume grade. Editions. Ankkuri ("anchor", EUR 498, 100 pieces, made to order on 2026-10-30): named for a shipwreck anchor the designer's father Seppo Prepula and fellow divers raised and gave to the Uusikaupunki sea museum in 1978; fully lumed 1970s dial after an SOS decompression meter with the emblem Seppo designed, decompression table engraved on the caseback, black rubber strap. 1938 (EUR 495, 100 pieces, made to order): 1970s-style turquoise gradient dial with double-coated lume, navy bezel and paranato strap. Mika Salo (EUR 498, 100 pieces, made to order): Formula 1 tribute to the Finnish driver, black carbon-pattern dial with orange and turquoise accents, Salo's signature on the caseback. Its store page is password-protected and states no specs, so it is recorded here from the photos (this case, the 200m rating Pook gives only the 9039 builds of this case) and from forum owners: one lists it as a Miyota 9039, another as a 90S5, Miyota's open-heart caliber, which the closed dial rules out. Slava Ukraini (EUR 500, serial-numbered 1-100, made to order on 2026-10-30): designed for Ukraine's independence, with a gradient dial in the flag's blue and yellow, a yellow and blue bezel and a caseback engraved "Slava Ukraini" and "In Your Heart, Hope Is Safe"; its spec table matches the Ankkuri's (9039, 200m, red-inserted screw-down crown) and offers a leather or FKM rubber strap. Watchesonline listed it at EUR 500 on 2026-10-30, with double-coated lume.
