The two spec sheets are identical: 42mm polished steel case, 9.4mm overall height, 52mm lug to lug, 22mm lugs, 98g on the strap, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 5 ATM; ETA 2824-2 in Elaboré finish with perlage and blued screws, adjusted to +4 to +6 s/day, 38-hour power reserve as quoted. The dial has no date window, and the functions list only hours, minutes and seconds. The photos of both listings show a solid steel caseback engraved as a rotary dial (one shows "DWC-CITY-S1" and "001/200", but neither listing states a limit); the City Code SKUs end in "EXH", which the spec and photos don't bear out. The 313 listing offers a polished or a polished and brushed case at the same price.
