Unimatic's quartz Modello Quattro: the fixed-bezel military case of the Modello Quattro U4 in a slimmer version (Unimatic called the UT4-AA of 2022 'the first slimmer Modello Quattro case') on a Seiko VH31A sweeping-seconds quartz held in Unimatic's '360° protection system' (a TPU gasket above the dial and a TPU movement holder), which Unimatic says is certified to MIL-STD-810H. Numbered limited editions on this case appeared from 2022; the plain UT4 joined Unimatic's permanent Toolwatch collection in July 2024 with the UT1, UT1-GMT and UT4-GMT (Fratello, which gave 450 EUR before taxes) and is sold continuously in yearly batches. Editions are recorded as variants; the GMT (Ronda 515.24D), titanium and VJ43 (UT4-TW) versions are separate models. Common specification, from Unimatic's UT4 spec sheet: 40mm case with a fixed monoblock bezel (the UT4 page: 40mm with the bezel), 49mm lug to lug, 28.4mm case opening, 12.7mm without the crystal and 13mm with it, 22mm drilled lugs, 316L steel, 8mm screw-down 'Alchemical Sun' crown between angular crown guards (photos), screw-down caseback, individually tested to 300m, 2.8mm flat sapphire with anti-reflective coating on the inner side, 81g head and 96g on the strap. Unimatic names the VH31A with 2 jewels, ±15 s/month and about two years on an SR920SW cell (the 2022 sheets add antimagnetism to 1600 A/m), with no regulation claim; the movement file describes the current VH31B. The thickness differs between sheets: 12.05mm on the 2022 sheets and the 2023-2024 pages (UT4-AA, AA2, AA3, B; crystal not stated), 12mm without and 12.3mm with the crystal on the 2025 UT4-JDM and UT4-SPT sheets, and 13mm with it on the UT4 sheet, recorded; Fratello's launch article gives 12mm. The UT4-TBB sheet and page give 41.5mm with the bezel and 13.8mm without and 14.1mm with the crystal, figures no other UT4 sheet gives (41.5mm is the Modello Uno's bezel diameter, and the UT4-JDM page spec list also says 41.5mm where its sheet says 40mm; 13.8/14.1mm are the automatic U4-GMT-EMJDM sheet's figures), while its 81g and 95g match the UT4's; it is recorded as a variant, with those figures left to this note. The 2022-2024 pages and the 2022 sheets call the steel 316, the later sheets 316L. Dial, lume, case finish or coating (sandblasted, brushed, gunmetal PVD, Cerakote), movement holder colour, caseback and straps vary by edition; the VH31 has no date. Prices are the euro prices for Italy, VAT included, shown on each product page. The UT4 is also sold as a 'Bracelet Premium Set' (ref. UT4-UBR) with a sandblasted quick-release steel bracelet, the nylon strap and a tough case instead of the travel pouch, recorded as a second price for the UT4; no clasp details are published. Edition details. UT4 (from 2024): sandblasted case, matte black dial with printed Arabic numerals, C1 lume, international orange trims, '360° X-ray' caseback, black quick-release nylon strap. UT4-AA and UT4-AA2 (2022, 50 and 150) were made with Automobili Amos: sandblasted gunmetal-coated case, Verde Brinzio diver dial with the yellow Automobili Amos logo and C3 lume, silver trims, yellow seconds tip (Delta Futurista-shaped on the UT4-AA), yellow movement holder, Unimatic x Automobili Amos caseback, Verde Brinzio TPU strap. UT4-B (2023, 300): sandblasted case, black dial with printed 'Variable Font System' Arabic numerals, a pale green ring and C3 triangle hour markers, dark grey trims, cm-to-inch scale caseback, black nylon strap; its page links no spec sheet. UT4-AA3 (2024, 200), the third Automobili Amos edition: Cerakote bazooka green case, muddy brown outline dial with the rally orange logo and GL light old radium lume, car-shaped rally orange seconds tip, orange movement holder, green and orange X-stitched nylon straps; no spec sheet linked. UT4-SP (2024, 200) was made with South Park: brushed case, matte black outline dial with the four boys, C1 lume, Unimatic x South Park caseback, black NATO plus a tin box of four more straps; no spec sheet linked. UT4-JDM 'Urban Explorer' (2025, 50) was made for Japan only (Unimatic's JDM line) and sold through Floens: matte gunmetal PVD case, grainé gunmetal dial with GL old radium lume, cool grey trims and movement holder, Japanese Domestic Market caseback, dark olive quick-release nylon strap; its sheet gives 88g and 94g. Unimatic's store shows 0 and its page gives 143,000 JPY including tax at Floens, as Floens' own page does, recorded. UT4-SPT 'NASA Artemis II' (2025, 100) was made with Massena LAB: Cerakote H309 burnt orange case, cool grey dial (it looks off-white in the photos) with the red NASA worm logo, cream old radium lume, matte black trims, red seconds tip, king red movement holder, Artemis caseback, burnt orange X-stitched nylon strap with an orange Cerakote buckle; its page gives 100 pieces where the sheet says only individually numbered. UT4-TBB (2026, 45) was made with Tutto Bene Hillclimb: Cerakote H-362 Patriot Blue case, Patriot Blue dial with hand-applied 3D UNILIGHT C1 markers, mauve hour, pop pink minute and yellow seconds hands per the sheet and photos (the description mentions white and orange details), TuttoBene Hillclimb caseback, Patriot Blue nylon strap with a matching Cerakote buckle.
