MAEN says the TOP Grade is rhodium plated, fully decorated with blued screws and a custom gold-plated rotor, regulated in 5 positions to an average rate of 4 ±4 s/day (recorded as 0 to +8), and "exclusively paired with an open display caseback"; "TOP Grade" is MAEN's name, not one of La Joux-Perret's published grades. Otherwise the spec table matches the Standard Grade: 316L steel, 37mm, 9.3mm total thickness, 47mm lug-to-lug, sapphire with AR coating (side not stated), 10 ATM (the caseback photo is marked 10 ATM), integrated bracelet 20mm tapering to 16mm with a butterfly clasp, C1 X1 Super-LumiNova. The even-numbered references have no date window (photos), with the same calibre named. Crown, weight and hardening are not stated.
