About this entry

80% of key specs known. Missing: weight, hardening, bracelet offered.

Isotope's tenth-anniversary jumping-hour watch, shaped like a flying saucer (OVNI is the Iberian/French acronym for UFO). The hour is shown on a lumed aluminium disc that jumps in a window, and a lumed minute hand turns with the centre; there is no seconds display. Spec table (all three pages): horizontal-brushed 904L steel, "40 × 40mm (including lugs)" (recorded as both diameter and lug-to-lug), 13.9mm high, doughnut-shaped AR sapphire crystal, screw-down exhibition caseback, pull-out crown at 12, 30m. Movement: La Joux-Perret G101 Soigné with Isotope's own jumping-disc module, 68h, 24 jewels, 28,800 A/h; Isotope says the base movement is regulated to ±7 s/day in four positions before assembly and the finished watch may run a few seconds a day further out because of the module. The numbered Founders Edition (August 2025, £1,800, edition size not stated) was sold out on 2026-10-25; The Martian and The Neptunian (listed August 2026, £2,650) were available. Prices include UK VAT. Weight isn't published.
