Vaer's longest-running field watch (C5 Field Black first released 2018), USA-assembled, here limited to the 40mm variants on the Epson VS42 solar movement with date and printed 24-hour markers (Field Black, Tactical, Recon). The Design Navy and Korean Field C5 Solar use the Epson VS-22 with no date window (c5-solar-no-date-40mm) and the C3 is 36mm, so they are not included. Brand: 40mm, 48mm lug-to-lug, 10.4mm without crystal and 12.2mm with the single-domed AR sapphire (Field Black page; Tactical/Recon pages only list "10.4mm Thickness"), 10 ATM, "case weight of 64 grams" (recorded as head weight), -10/+20 s/month, 6 months' reserve from 6 hours of light (Vaer). Screw-down gasket-sealed caseback per the ownership guide; solid or display not stated. No rotating bezel. Tactical Field has a matte black PVD-coated case and C3 lume and is sold with the black PVD version of the Premium bracelet (+USD 100). Bracelet recorded is the Premium Steel Bracelet (+USD 90 on Field Black/Recon): screw links, solid custom-fit end links, quick-release pins, 20-16mm, milled clasp (brand page title), four spring-bar micro-adjust positions (Vaer FAQ). The watch page's generic "friction fit pins / 18mm" blurb describes the older Standard bracelet. No hardening treatment is mentioned.
