USA-assembled 36mm C3 on the Epson VS-22 solar movement, date not shown, in the Design Navy and Korean Field colourways: the solar "V2" versions Vaer announced in August 2023 (the C3 Design Navy first appeared in 2021 and the C3 Korean Field in 2021 as battery-quartz models; the Design Navy store listing dates from 2021, the Korean Field Solar listing from August 2023). The 40mm versions are the separate C5 Solar No Date 40mm. Brand spec lists (both pages): 36mm, 43mm lug-to-lug, 20mm lugs, 10 ATM, 316L steel, locking screw-down crown, single-domed sapphire with AR coating (side not stated), "Japan Made Epson VS-22", -10/+20 sec/month, assembled in the United States; the Design Navy page adds a 6-month reserve from 6 hours of light. No date window in any photo of either colourway, although the VS22 has one, so complications are hours, minutes and seconds. Thickness: the Korean Field spec list says "12mm Thickness (with crystal)", the Design Navy list "10.4mm Thickness", and aBlogtoWatch (October 2023, Korean Field) gives 10.4mm for the case and "approximately 11mm" with the gently domed crystal; Vaer's 12mm with-crystal figure is used. The sizing paragraph on both pages ("9.4mm in height", "case weight of 63 grams", "The 40mm case is our most popular size") is copied from Vaer's 40mm pages, so no weight is recorded. Lume: Design Navy has 15 layers of C3 on the dial (green-tinted numerals) and BGW9 on the hour and minute hands, with a red seconds hand (Vaer lume rating 9/10); Korean Field has 15 layers of Old Radium on the dial and all three hands (6/10), which aBlogtoWatch confirms. The Korean Field's dial is a homage to Allied service watches of the Korean War. Screw-down, gasket-sealed caseback per Vaer's C-Series ownership guide; solid caseback in the photos (etched Vaer logo on the Design Navy; a deep-etched Korean peninsula with "Never Forgotten / Korean War" on the Korean Field; aBlogtoWatch also says solid screw-down). Plain fixed bezel (photos). Bracelet recorded is the Premium Steel Bracelet ("A3/A7/A12/C3 Solar 36mm" fitment; +USD 90 on the Design Navy, listed as "Premium V2 Steel Bracelet (+$70)" on the Korean Field): oyster-inspired flat three-piece links, removable screw links, custom-fit end links, quick-release pins, 20-16mm, milled clasp (bracelet page title), four micro-adjust positions at the clasp (Vaer FAQ). A Premium Jubilee bracelet is also offered (+USD 120 on the Design Navy, +USD 100 on the Korean Field); it showed no stock on either page on 2026-10-21. Some gallery photos show the 40mm C5 beside the C3. No hardening treatment is mentioned. Both colourways were in stock on 2026-10-21.
