About this entry

84% of key specs known. Missing: bracelet links, link attachment, clasp micro-adjust.

DuFrane's 10-year anniversary chronograph, named after the Circuit of the Americas track. Both listings were sold out on 2026-10-25. Limited Anniversary Edition: 50 pieces in total across the Big Red and Bobby Pin dials, $2,299, "top grade" movement with a black anodized skeleton rotor. Customer Edition: 10 pieces, racing green sunburst dial with 18kt gold registers, $2,999, "elaboré grade" movement with a special skeleton rotor; the grade differs between editions, so no grade is recorded on the model. Both pages name the "ETA 7753" (recorded as the Valjoux 7753), regulated in-house to +/-4 s/day, with a 42-48h reserve. The photos show a bicompax layout (small seconds at 9, 30-minute counter at 3) with the date at 6 and no 12-hour counter, which differs from a stock 7753 (12-hour counter at 6, date at 4:30); the brand's caliber is kept, but the layout suggests a modified 7753 or another caliber. Grade 2 titanium case DLC coated to 1200 Vickers, reeded titanium bezel, 39mm, 47mm lug to lug, 13.5mm thick, 20mm lugs; 52g on the leather strap, 100g on the titanium bracelet. Water resistance: the Anniversary page gives 100m ("use caution around water as pushers can allow water intrusion"); the Customer Edition page says 10m, probably a typo, so 100m is recorded. Sapphire crystal with "5x" AR coating (side not stated) and a sapphire caseback engraved with the track outline. Tachymeter scale with a 130 mark; the chapter ring slopes 11 degrees. Includes a titanium solid end link bracelet and a curved leather strap with a micro-adjusting titanium buckle.
