Factory spec: 11½ lignes (the spec sheet marks Φ26.00mm), 5.67mm high, 21 jewels, 21,600 vph, about 42h running time, accuracy -20 to +40 s/day, posture difference under 50 s, lift angle 49°, automatic and hand winding, quick date. Hacking: Miyota's current product page lists a stop-second device, but Caliber Corner reports Miyota only added stop-seconds to the 82 family around 2018-2019, so many 8215s in older or existing watches do not hack. Seconds are driven indirectly, so the seconds hand can stutter or wobble. 8205 is the day-date version; 821A is the decorated version (see miyota-821a).
