The GMT version of the Modello Uno U1S: the slim Swiss-movement case on a Sellita SW330-2 with an independent 24-hour hand and a date window at 6, sold as numbered limited editions, each recorded as a variant. The U1S-GMT-RR, on an ETA 2893-2, and the forged carbon U1S-C-GMT-H are separate models, as are the Seiko NH34 Modello Uno U1 GMT editions. Common specification, from Unimatic's U1S-GMT-M spec sheet: 40mm case, 41.5mm across the bezel (recorded as the diameter), 49mm lug to lug, 11.6mm thick in the sheet's drawing (Beyond the Dial measured the U1-HGMT at 11.6mm), which Unimatic's 2026 U1S sheets for the same case give as the figure without the crystal, 12.8mm with it (recorded), 28.4mm case opening, 22mm drilled lugs, 316 steel, 8mm screw-down crown, screw-down caseback, individually tested to 300m, 120-click mono-directional bezel with aluminium 24-hour insert, 2.5mm double-domed sapphire with anti-reflective coating on the inner side. Unimatic quotes +/-5 s/day up to +/-15 s/day without naming a grade or claiming regulation; its power reserve figures conflict (42h on the U1-HGMT sheet and in the U1S-GMT-M description, 56h, Sellita's typical figure, in the U1-HGMT description and on the U1S-GMT-M sheet). The U1-HGMT's 2021 sheet gives 11.25mm and a 29mm case opening (Worn & Wound gives 11.8mm), against 11.6mm and 28.4mm on the 2022 sheet; its diameter, lug to lug, drilled lugs, crown, crystal and movement match, and Beyond the Dial describes the Hodinkee case as the start of Unimatic's thinner Swiss-movement case, so it is recorded as an edition here rather than as its own model. U1-HGMT (2021, 500), Unimatic's first GMT, was made with Hodinkee and sold through it: matte black dial with C1 lume, Hodinkee grey trims and 24-hour insert, caseback engraved with the world's 24 major time zones, black Cordovan shell strap plus a single-pass NATO; Worn & Wound says the bezel rotates in both directions, where Unimatic's sheet and description say mono-directional, recorded; the store shows 0, so the price is the 1,395 USD launch price from Worn & Wound. U1S-GMT-M (2022, 100, black DLC case) was made with Maxfield: matte black dial with GL black NL lume and off-black trims, GMT hand with a hollow arrow tip in dark orange lume, Unimatic x Maxfield caseback, black matte elaphe snake strap plus a black nylon NATO.
