Hand-wound column-wheel chronograph based on the Swiss Venus 175 (developed for a 1961 PLA Air Force pilot's chronograph project, per Chinese Watch Wiki) and run at 3 Hz instead of the 175's 2.5 Hz. Bicompax layout: small running seconds at 9, 30-minute counter at 3, centre chronograph seconds. 13¾ lignes; Ø31.30mm overall (Chinese Watch Wiki: 31.0mm fitting / 31.3mm overall); 6.25mm high including the dial plate (5.85mm + 0.4mm per Chinese Watch Wiki). No Seagull spec sheet was found. Not recorded because sources conflict: jewels (19 per Grail Watch and Zoë Blade; 21 per Caliber Corner for the bespoke ST-1901B and Poljot; 22 on Seagull's retail site; Chinese Watch Wiki says the family comes in 19-23 jewel versions) and power reserve (Seagull retail site 36h; Caliber Corner 50h, 45h with the chronograph running; Chinese Watch Wiki 51h; Poljot about 45h). Hacking not confirmed for the standard ST1901 (Caliber Corner lists the ST-1901B variant as non-hacking). Seagull raised the minimum order for ST19 movements to 10,000 pieces in April 2024 (per Studio Underd0g via Caliber Corner).
