Three-hand quartz with date from Miyota's "Slim" line ("Ideal for designs with a thin profile"). Factory spec: 10 1/2 lignes (non-round, 23.7 x 22.6mm per Miyota's sheet, so no single diameter is recorded), 2.71mm high, accuracy +/-20 s/month, SR621SW battery, battery life 3 years (pulling out the stem minimises consumption), shock detection, non-breakable date construction and quick date setting. Sold with the date at 3 (GM12-10A) or at 6 (GM12-10Z). The GM02 is the day-date version (2.94mm); the GR12 is the larger 11 1/2 ligne sibling. Zero jewels, hacking seconds and Japanese manufacture are from Caliber Corner, which also calls the GM12 an interchangeable upgrade from the older 6M12.
