"Key Specifications" on both listings: 42mm diameter (excluding crown), 5ATM, sapphire crystals front and exhibition back, hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel, screw-down crown, 10.75mm thickness (including crystal), 22mm lug width, STP1-11 movement (44h power reserve). The Red Dragon text adds a "Swiss 26 jewel automatic-winding STP caliber 1-11 with a customized Celeste rotor" behind the sapphire case-back. These listings don't give the lug-to-lug; the SW200-1 42mm listings give 49.86mm, probably for the same case, but it isn't recorded here. Both come with a deployment clasp and a certificate of authenticity. The Albuquerque Sky photo shows a date window at 6.
