Seagull automatic jump-hour caliber from the ST17 family: the hours jump in a window and the minutes turn on a disc, with no seconds hand. No Seagull spec sheet or Caliber Corner page was found; frequency (21,600 vph), 20 jewels and the 38-hour power reserve are from Oracle of Time's review of the MAEN x Nico Leonard Jump Hour, which uses a modified ST1721. Diameter, height, hacking and hand-winding are not recorded for lack of a source. The schema has no jump-hour function, so functions list hours and minutes only. Tier "entry" with the other basic Seagull ST17 automatics.
