Hand-wound member of Seagull's ST17 small-seconds family (no date), also numbered TY2705; the ST1701 (TY2706) is the automatic version and the ST1731 (TY2718) adds a date. No Seagull spec sheet was found. Caliber Corner's ST17 family page lists the ST1700 / TY2705 as the manual-wind version and gives for the family: Ø26mm, 21,600 bph, about 38 hours of power reserve, Incabloc-style shock protection, central hours and minutes with small seconds at 6, no hacking; height and jewel count "vary" by version and are not given for the ST1700, so they and the power reserve are left blank. Tier "entry" with the ST1701 and other basic Chinese calibers.
