About this entry
47% of key specs known. Missing: lug-to-lug, thickness, weight, hardening, crystal, AR coating, crown, lume.
The 38mm Brunswick cushion case machined from 925 sterling silver, hallmarked by the London Assay Office, with a sterling silver crown set with a diamond (Fears' sign of a solid precious-metal case) and the hand-wound La Joux-Perret D100 (top grade, hours, minutes and small seconds). A separate model from the steel Brunswick 38 (LJP D100) because of the case material; silver editions on this case are variants here. Fears gives 38mm, 20mm lugs and 100m but no spec tab for these pages, so lug-to-lug and thickness are left blank. The 1924 Edition (white lacquer dial modelled on a 1924 Fears cushion watch, 10 numbered pieces) was sold only at the Alliance of British Watch & Clockmakers' British Watchmakers' Day in 2024; the Silver Noir (black dial) followed as its companion with fewer than 20 made ("Limited Production: <20", so no number is recorded). Both are sold out; the pages still load. Prices are the ex-VAT prices in Fears' store data; the Silver Noir page gives £3,950 including UK VAT.
