Seiko Instruments' version of Seiko's 6R15, sold to other watch brands. SII technical guide (rev. 19 May 2010): outside diameter 27.40mm (casing diameter 27.00mm), 5.32mm high, 23 jewels, 21,600 vph, "more than 50 hours" duration, static accuracy -15 to +25 s/day (dial up, 9 up and 6 up), posture difference under 45 s over 4 positions, isochronism -10 to +20 s/day, lift angle 53°. Three hands with date and quick date correction, manual winding, ball-bearing automatic winding, stop-second (hacking). Later NE15B versions are commonly listed with 24 jewels; the 2010 sheet gives 23.
