Hand-wound caliber of Tianjin Seagull's ST36 family (also TY3620), the 6498-type version with small seconds at 6; the ST3600 is the 6497-type version with small seconds at 9, and the ST3621 is the skeletonised ST3620. Grail Watch's ST36 family table gives 17 jewels and 4.50mm height (and 37.20mm diameter, which doesn't match the 36.6mm of the ETA 6498 it copies, so diameter is left blank, as for the ST3621). Frequency taken from the ST36 family (21,600 vph per Caliber Corner's ST3600K and ST3621 pages). Hacking and power reserve are not confirmed for the ST3620 (the ST3621 is listed as non-hacking). No Seagull spec sheet was found.
