Hand-wound caliber from Tianjin Seagull's ST36 family (also sold as TY3621), a copy of the Unitas/ETA 6498 with small seconds at 6; the ST3600 is the 6497-type version with small seconds at 9. No Seagull spec sheet was found, so figures come from Caliber Corner: 21,600 vph, 17 jewels, 4.5mm height, Incabloc-type shock protection, long-style regulator, no hacking, power reserve unconfirmed (about 45 hours, not recorded). Caliber Corner gives a 37.2mm diameter, which doesn't match the 36.6mm of the ETA 6498 it copies, so diameter is left blank. Grail Watch confirms hand winding and small seconds at 6 but describes the caliber as based on the Peseux 7001, which is a much smaller movement without that layout; Caliber Corner's 6498 basis is recorded. Tier "mid" alongside other Chinese copies of Swiss calibers (PT5000, Hangzhou 6460).
