Hand-wound column-wheel chronograph of the ST19 family (based on the Venus 175), also sold as TY1902. Caliber Corner: 13¾ lignes, Ø31.3mm, 6.25mm high, 22 jewels, 21,600 vph, Incabloc, no hacking, power reserve about 42 hours (reports of 51 hours also seen; not recorded). It differs from the ST1901 by a third subdial at 6 with a 12-hour hand that follows the main hour hand (often mislabelled a 12-hour chronograph totaliser); small seconds at 9 and a 30-minute counter at 3 as on the ST1901. No Seagull spec sheet was found.
