The day-date version of the ETA 2824-2 (Mecaline range). ETA's product page: Ø25.60mm, 5.05mm high, 25 jewels, 28,800 vph (4 Hz), typical power reserve 42 hours, hours, minutes and central seconds, instantaneous day and date in a window with quick correction of both, time setting with stop-second. Caliber Corner adds 11½ lignes, bidirectional ball-bearing winding and hand winding, and puts the day and date windows together at 3:00; it notes older ETA sheets quote about 38 hours of power reserve, and that 17-jewel versions also exist. ETA does not list grades on its current page, so none are recorded here.
