Discontinued member of ETA's 2800 family. Grail Watch's family table lists it with the 2836, 2836-1 and 2836-2 as the 11½-ligne, 28,800 vph automatics with day and date (the day/date mainplate is 0.5mm thicker than the date-only one). 25 jewels per Timefactors, which used new old stock 2830s in the Smiths PRS-38. No ETA documentation was found, so diameter, power reserve, height, hacking and accuracy are not recorded. Tier set as for the ETA 2836-2.
