About this entry

58% of key specs known. Missing: movement, lug-to-lug, hardening, crown, bracelet links, end links, link attachment, clasp micro-adjust.

Tourbillon sports watch with a Damascus steel dial, a power-reserve indicator and a 24-hour indicator (a globe disc at 3 in photos), sold only on its steel bracelet. Waldhoff names the movement 'HZ 3415 twin-barrel, extra long reserve Co-axial Tourbillon' (25 jewels, 28,800 vph). The listing doesn't give the winding type or power reserve, but Waldhoff's Ultramatic II listing describes the HZ 3415 as hand-wound with 72 hours, and its Makuake campaign (Japan, closed 30 October 2023) lists the Continental as hand-wound (手巻き式) with 72 hours. No movement file exists. Brand specs: 316L, 41mm, 12mm thick (crystal not mentioned), 22mm lugs, 30m, sapphire with AR coating (side not stated), applied indices with C1 lume, diamond-cut hands with Swiss TriTec lume, bracelet with independent solid links and an invisible deployant clasp, 185 g (not stated what was weighed; it is sold on the bracelet). The store gives the caseback as steel with a mineral exhibition window, while Makuake says Swiss sapphire front and back. The Black listing says '28,800 VPH / 8 Hz' (the others 4 Hz, which is correct for 28,800 vph). Black has a black-coated case and bracelet (photos). Makuake listed a general retail price of 413,000 yen and backer prices from 268,450 yen (35% off). The Continental S (HZ 3401, hours and minutes only) is a separate model.
