About this entry

87% of key specs known. Missing: hardening, crown.

Hand-wound dress watch based on an original 1950s design, the round sister of the cushion-cased PRS-36. Product page: 316L steel, all polished, 38mm, 46.5mm lug-to-lug, 10.4mm to the top of the crystal, 20mm lugs, anti-magnetic 4,800 A/m, 50m, 55g with strap, screw display back with K1 mineral glass; double-domed bombé sapphire 35mm x 1.4mm with AR on the underside; brushed silver dial and blued plain hands, no lume; small seconds at 6 (photos). Peseux 7040, Swiss made, decorated with Geneva stripes, 17 jewels, 21,600 bph; Worn & Wound's hands-on describes it as new old stock with blued screws, seen through the display back, and confirms the subsidiary seconds and underside AR. Black half-quilted leather strap with signed buckle. Country of origin given as Germany. The importer took the K1 caseback glass for the crystal and read the AR as both sides; both corrected from the page. Marked "Last production run" and sold out on 2026-10-25 with no restock date, so status is unknown.
