Automatic chronograph from Peacock (Liaoning Peacock, Dandong). Peacock's official store lists other SL46 calibers (SL4601, SL4612, SL4613D) but not the SL4617, and no Peacock spec sheet was found, so frequency, jewels, power reserve, dimensions and functions are not recorded. Hemel calls it a "Peacock SL4617 (7750 clone). Hand winding / automatic caliber" and compares it with the ETA / Valjoux 7750; clone_of follows that description. In Hemel's Sky Racer it drives a two-register layout (small seconds at 9, 30-minute counter at 3) with no date shown, and The Time Bum notes a "ghost-date" crown position, so the base caliber likely has a date. Tier "mid" by analogy with the guide's Chinese counterparts of upper-tier Swiss calibers.
