Chinese automatic sold as a drop-in replacement for the Seiko NH35A (date only). No factory spec sheet was found: jewel count, beat rate, power reserve, hacking and dimensions are unconfirmed, so they are left blank. Parts sellers list it as the counterpart of the NH35A ("NH35A Single Calendar (Hangzhou 2565A)") and a WatchCrunch post calls the 2565 a Chinese clone of the NH35; Heimdallr's official store names it in the spec block of its date-only automatics (Titanium Turtle 6105, Tuna, H14), some of which still carry "NH35" in the product title. An AliExpress "wiki" page quotes 24 jewels and 21,600 vph, but it is unsourced, so those figures are not recorded. Tier "entry" per the guide's row for unbranded Chinese automatics.
