About this entry

74% of key specs known. Missing: movement, weight, hardening, bracelet links, end links.

The 40mm stainless steel Legacy, an angular take on the super-compressor diver with two screw-down crowns (one for the internal rotating bezel) and a tonneau-shaped case. Every edition is a numbered run with its own store listing: the launch colourways Raven, Royal Fume, Midnight Grey and Green Fume ("Only 75 timepieces in each color option", listings from November 2020; the Raven listing now online is a second batch of 50 numbered B2-01/50, April 2022), Arctic (50, August 2022, with an ice-blue internal bezel), Camden Orange (50, February 2023) and the Flux Titan ("Titan Legacy Flux Edition", individually numbered 001-250, June 2022): a white vertically brushed sandwich dial with pilot-style hands and a lumed Flux icon. Despite "Titan" in its name, the Flux Titan's spec table gives a 316L stainless steel case. Spec table (the same on every listing except the lume): "MD-1 (A fully assembled and tested automatic from Maryland)", 316L steel brushed with polished edges, 40mm, 20mm lugs, 48mm lug-to-lug, "Height: 13.6mm", Super-LumiNova C3 (BGW9 on the Flux Titan), vertically brushed sandwich dial, steel bracelet with quick-release pins tapering to 18mm and a clasp with dive extension, sapphire display caseback, double-domed sapphire with AR coating, 200m, dual screw-down crowns with lume, and an "Internal Rotating Bi-Directional Bezel". Watch Clicker's review of the Legacy adds a Y-link bracelet with pin-and-collar links and a ratcheting clasp, and says the MD-1 is regulated to +/-8 s/day with a blacked-out movement and custom rotor. Movement: the MD-1 is made by Maryland Watch Works in Hagerstown, MD; Watch Clicker calls it "a clone of the ETA 2824" but doesn't name the base caliber or its maker, so only the type is recorded. The Legacy also comes as separate models in bronze, with a Soprod C125 GMT movement, and as the smaller Legacy 36. Every Legacy Steel listing was sold out on 2026-10-25. Weight isn't published.
