PD-YS is a separate model-number series on Pagani Design's official store (PD-YS003 to PD-YS038 listed in October 2026), sold alongside the four-digit PD-16xx to PD-18xx codes; the brand doesn't explain the prefix. The YS models sit at the upper end of the store's prices (about $128 to $332 on 2026-10-21) and are mostly fashion-led designs with sapphire crystals. The store sells this as "PD-YS022 Tourbillon"; it is named by its code here because the tourbillon can't be confirmed. The spec list says "Manual mechanical tourbillon" and the page's blurb an "exposed Tourbillon cage", but the brand's pictures (all renders; there is no caseback photo) show the balance in an aperture at about 10 under a bridge screwed down at both ends, with no rotating carriage visible; Caliber Corner describes the same kind of open balance on Pagani's E3255Y (PD-YS021) as "not to be confused with a tourbillon". The movement type is also contradictory: the dial is printed "Automatic", the page's icon says "Automatic" and paganidesignwatch.com says "Mechanical Automatic SL1951"; only the spec list says manual. Automatic is recorded from the dial. No manufacturer, spec sheet or caliber database entry was found for "SL1951", so no movement file is linked and only the movement type is recorded; complications are from the dial (central hours, minutes and seconds, a 1-31 pointer date subdial at about 4, the open balance at 10; the two wheel-rim shapes with jewel-like centres at 2 and 7 look decorative). Brand specs: 44mm, 14.7mm thick, 24mm strap width, sapphire (no anti-reflective claim), steel bezel, water resistant to 330ft/10 bar (100m; the store's tag also says 10BAR), 98.4g (not stated what was weighed), strap length 22cm. The spec list's "Material: High-strength rubber" describes the strap; paganidesignwatch.com gives a stainless steel case (grade not stated) and rubber band, which matches the photos. From the brand's photos: lume on the hands and hour markers, notched steel bezel, signed crown. Lug-to-lug, crown type, caseback and lume type are not stated, and no independent review was found. Colour names are the store's and describe the dial: Black and Brown have gold-tone hands and wheel motifs on a black strap, Dark Blue and Sky Blue steel-tone ones on a matching strap. All colours $180.49 (crossed-out $194.74) and in stock on 2026-10-21; the store page shows 9 customer reviews (4.9/5). The store's gallery file names say "black" for photos of all colours (the first shows Sky Blue); the images here are matched to what they show.
