Makes "purpose-driven technical timepieces built to be used", themed on lesser-known adventurers; the first watch was the Arctic (launched 2 November 2021, reviewed by Deployant), later models include a diver and the Lumecore chronograph; models have been crowdfunded on Indiegogo and, in Japan, Makuake. Founded by Pieter Jansen Van Rensburg. Where the brand is based is unclear: its own pages give no address, the Shopify store (USD) is registered to Dover, Delaware, and a September 2022 Makuake campaign says the company moved its base from New York to the founder's home country, South Africa.
