Elka Watch Co. Sàrl, Neuchâtel (HQ Rue du Musée 4, boutique Rue des Chavannes 16). Founded by Hakim El Kadiri, a former Swatch Group product manager (Rado, Hamilton); Monochrome reported the brand's Kickstarter launch in June 2022. The name revives the Amsterdam watchmaker ELKA (Kiek family, 1877) and El Kadiri's own nickname; the brand's site leans on the 1877 heritage, but it is a new company with no corporate link to the old firm. Collections include the ARINIS lake diver (CHF 1,845 on the brand store), D, N, R, S and X Series and The 36. Sold through its own online store and boutique, Ace Jewelers (Amsterdam) and a few retailers on the store locator. The site sits behind an AWS bot challenge and is not Shopify.
